I help people stay strong and mobile for everyday life.

Beginner-friendly strength and mobility coaching in San Clemente and online. Yoga is one tool in the mix, not the whole plan.

No boot-camp energy. No need to get in shape first.

Ways to work together

Movement that fits into your life, instead of taking it over.

01

Private coaching

One-on-one strength, mobility, balance, and yoga sessions in your San Clemente home or online. We begin with what feels realistic now.

02

Small groups, in person or online

Useful, approachable movement for friends, families, neighbors, and other small groups. No intimidating gym atmosphere required.

03

Homeschool yoga

Age-appropriate yoga and movement that supports body awareness, coordination, focus, and confidence while still feeling fun.

04

Community classes and partnerships

Welcoming workshops and recurring classes for local communities, older adults, and people looking for a comfortable way back into movement.

A common starting point

Starting again after physical therapy?

You finished physical therapy, got a list of exercises, and now you are wondering what comes next. I can help you build a realistic movement routine once your clinician has cleared you to exercise.

At Reata Glen, I often helped older adults make sense of movement after surgeries, physical therapy, and changes in strength or mobility. That experience taught me to listen carefully, explain clearly, and adapt without making anyone feel fragile.

Personal training and yoga do not replace medical care or physical therapy. I welcome referrals and guidance from physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other clinicians.

My approach

Approachable, observant, and built for the person in front of me.

Sessions can include strength, balance, mobility, yoga, and the ordinary skills that keep daily life manageable. The starting point is what you can do safely now.

I especially enjoy working with beginners, older adults, and people rebuilding consistency after a break, health change, or significant weight change.

Experience

Fitness knowledge with real-world patience.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RYT-200 yoga teacher, with a 500-hour yoga teacher training and Age Strong continuing education in progress.

My work at Reata Glen, along with years of program leadership and group facilitation, shaped how I teach across different ages, abilities, and energy levels.

You do not need a perfect plan to begin.

Let’s talk about what would make daily life feel easier.

Send me a little about yourself and what you would like help with. We can decide whether private coaching, a small group, or a future community class makes the most sense.
